Doug and Carrie

Apparently it is my responsibility to write something in the About Us section. As Doug now chimes in, “it’s only because you’re a better writer than me!” That may be true.

Basically, if you check this blog often, you probably know who we are and any amount of detail I go into here will be more for my own sake rather than to educate anyone on who we are.

Originally from Kansas City, we recently moved to Tampa, FL because I was promoted to a management position within my company. We have a three-year-old dog named Nippet. He enjoys the new environment very much– especially our screened in porch.

Our new favorite place is Crabby Bill’s, a seafood shanty right within walking distance of our apartment. Throughout this blog, we will update you on our many adventures in Tampa, since hopefully we will have more “adventures” here than in Kansas City.
